Joe & Eric's first CD "Live" was recorded at Strobe Recording studios in Chicago, IL over two nights in 2006. The CD features music by many of Joe and Eric's biggest influences including Sonny Terry & Brownie McGhee, Daddy Stovepipe, Mississippi Fred McDowell, Gwen Foster and the Rev. Gary Davis. The Cd was released in 2006 and is currently available internationally through CD Baby as well as Blue Beat Music. To read reviews and quotes about "Live" visit the Reviews page. Filisko & Noden's second CD I.C.Special is now available through Bluebeat Music and CD Baby. This new recording features the breathtaking harmonica train song I.C. Special named after the famous Illinois Central train line that brought so many blues musicians from the southern United States to Chicago. The disc is a departure from Joe & Eric's first recording in that all 15 songs were written by either Joe or Eric. Fans of traditional blues and roots music will find these new songs sound like they could've been written in the 1920's and reflect the many years both Joe & Eric have spent exploring the landscape of American music.
